Having lived with and shown Whippets all my life , we started breeding with the 'Arjuna' Kennel name in the early 90's. From the first litter , 3 Dogs were shown , all gained their UK Stud book No's and 2 went on to win Challenge Certificates .
Our First UK Champion came from the 2nd litter , not a bad average !!
We moved to New Zealand in 2007 bringing 1 dog & 3 bitches with us. the girls were here for breeding purposes but we hoped 'Olli' would do OK in the ring ... He has gained his Title both here and in Australia and his progeny are following in his footsteps .
We were lucky to be introduced to Jackie (Kana-Ka), and the two boys arrived on the scene .. Connor & Kaos ,both having attributes that I thought would benefit my breeding . the Boys gained their Titles quite quickly .
We now have 5 Generations of Show Champions a Grand Champion and , they are also doing great things on the Race Track ... We aim to breed True 'Multi Purpose Whippets' - Show , Race , but Mostly much loved pets .

Established in 2006, Rushndol Sighthounds is a small kennel situated in the Waikato area. I have been involved with whippets for 33 years, Italian Greyhounds for 19 years and Borzoi for 13 years. I added the Greyhound to my list of sighthounds that are loved here at my home in 2015.

My whippets are bred for soundness, elegance and speed. They are competitive in the show ring, in agility, at racing and at lure coursing.
My puppies are raised in the house and are socialised early with cats and other animals. All enquiries are welcome.

I have 3 gorgeous female Particolour pups available to loving homes. DOB 24/4/19
