We are a small Dogs NZ Regestered Hobby/Show Kennel based in the Waikato.

We have been involved in the Breed since 2009 when we obtained our very 1st Bordeaux as a pet who inspired our passion for this majestic Breed.

We were lucky enough to import two dogs from Australian Kennels, which we Companioned in New Zealand and also breed from.

Over the past 6 years we have been luckily enough to produce three litters and the quality of the pups have meet all our expectations, we have kept pups from all these litters that we are currently Showing.

Our 1st Homebred Bitch "Daisy" has now had her 1st litter, 2 girls that we look forward to seeing in the Show Ring towards the end of 2025 and into 2026

We only breed when we add to our Show team, all our Dogs are Health tested prior to any breeding.

When we do breed we may have puppies available to approved Homes.

Our Homebred dogs have achieved great results in the Show Ring with multiple Best of Breed awards, 2 x Minor Puppy in Group, NZ Bred of Group & Puppy in Show being some of the highlights to date.

I am a NZKC registered new kennel from the stunning province of Taranaki.

I purchased my first Bordeaux in 2020, he sired our second Bordeaux which has led to the establishment of our kennel Chienrouge.

Stan has sired two litters now. All pups in perfect health.

As a breeder, I will always strive for the health and well being of the beautiful breed.

All of our dogs are fully health tested and have exceptional results.

Dogueridge Kennels , is a Dogs NZ registered kennels in the beautiful Bay of Plenty in New Zealand. We are truly passionate about this breed and have been in the breed for 32 odd years.

We are proud to say we are the only kennel in Australasia to have won 4 DDB Specialty shows under such specialty judges like Luis Teixiera and Bas Bosch.

We are the founders of the Dogue de Bordeaux Club of NZ, sadly now disbanded, started to help educate owners/ and breeders to preserve this breed and also instrumental in starting the Mastiff Breeds Association of NZ and are the current secretary.

Bordeaux's are a unique dog in so many ways, once you have owned one you would be hard pressed to find another breed to compare to them. There loyalty is unquestionable and even on the worse day they will put a smile on your face or make you feel loved.

We strive to produce true to type Bordeaux's with great temperaments & longevity so are selective in the lines we have. We breed very rarely but when we do it is mainly for our own benefit foremost and to improve on the quality of the Bordeaux's we already have, but we do on occasion have pet puppies available.
