We are a small selective kennel producing multiple All breeds IN show winning Japanese Spitz of superb temperament & style.

Jonja Kennel's are proud to say we are the only kennel in New Zealand that has produced Japanese Spitz to consistently take 'In Show' awards both here and in Australia. A highlight from our decade of showing was Jonja She's A Jezebel winning "Best Baby Puppy In Show" at our NZKC National Curtain Raiser Show Leading the way as this was a first for the Japanese Spitz in NZ. Go Jezz!!!

We have imported on multiple occasions to widen the gene pool. Included in these endevours have been the importing of some of Australia's TOP GRAND CHAMPION Japanese Spitz bloodlines.

We are friendly and approachable and welcome to the new breeders and applaud their recent efforts as they strive to contribute to the excellent type set by the senior breeders in New Zealand. Not only do we acknowledge their start, but we also pay tribute to the generous breeders who have mentored us and set us on our way with quality foundation dogs.

Additionally I am a qualified Veterinary Nurse and Animal Welfare inspector so take the welfare and health of my dogs as seriously.

We have well bred, healthy puppies which occasionally are available to special homes.

I am committed to breeding sound, healthy Spitz of excellent type and nature for the Show ring aswell as for lovely family pets and am a consistant Show Exhibitor aswell as supporting our young junior handlers when ever possible as they are our future.
My puppies are house raised with children who give them lots of cuddles (we all need them) They come with a Full Vet health check, vaccination, microchipped, wormed, de-flead, NZKC papers as a pet and a puppy food pack and a wonderful Information booklet on raising your puppy.
I am qualifed Animal care & Veterinary Nursing & an Rural Vet Technican.

I have been showing Japanese spitz for 4 years now .
I am committed to breeding good qaulity sound Japanese Spitz with excellent natures.
I have 3 lovely Japanese Spitz in my stud .
Arashi of Junsui ( Storm ) is 3 years old and a New Zealand champion .
He is a lovely gentle boy with the sweetest nature and loves people .
He has proven his fertility by producing 3 litters from 3 matings .
Argosy Misty Morn ( Misty )is 2 years old.
She has had 2 litters to date and is a wonderful Mother .
Maddy ( Razuree Christmas Lily ) is 18 months old and is a lovely stylish bitch showing great potential in the show ring .
All 3 dogs have lovely natures and are very much a part of our Family .
