Pedigree Shih Tzu Male Puppy – Companion Home Only
We have a beautiful male Shih Tzu puppy available to an approved companion home. He is being placed strictly as a pet only and is not available for breeding or showing.
About the Shih Tzu Breed:
The Shih Tzu is a small, sturdy toy breed known for its affectionate and loyal nature. Originally bred as companion dogs for Chinese royalty, they thrive on human company and form very strong bonds with their families. Shih Tzus are intelligent, alert, and generally outgoing. They are well suited to both house living and families who can provide consistent companionship.
Despite their small size, they are confident little dogs with big personalities. They are typically good with children when raised respectfully and can get along well with other pets.
Coat and Grooming:
Shih Tzus have a long, flowing double coat that is low shedding but can be high maintenance if kept long. Regular brushing is essential to prevent matting. Many owners opt for a shorter “puppy clip” for easier maintenance.
Health and Testing:
• Both parents are health tested
• DNA tested for breed-relevant hereditary conditions
• Parents have excellent temperaments
• Puppy will leave vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date with worming
• Raised in a home environment with daily handling
• Well socialised and exposed to household noises
• Started on basic toilet training routine
• Confident, affectionate temperament
