My name is Karen Bell I have been involved in this stunning breed for 30 + years.
In the last twenty years we have imported some stunning lines from The UK, America and Australia.

We had a break from showing the Akita for the past 6 years concentrating on our other breed we love ( The Pug ) 2023/ 2024 has brought some changes and we will be out and about in the ring again with this amazing breed.

WE HAVE OWNED/BRED TOP WINNING AKITAS IN NEW ZEALAND FOR MANY YEARS.

We are very proud of our Akitas and there achievements to Date. We have owned and shown so Many Akitas to there Champion Status.

Hotrods Grandsire ROCKY- Spec Gr Ch, Multi BIS, Multi Rubis Christabell Heeza Rocket also made history being the first pug in New Zealand to gain his Specialty Grand Ch title at the tender age of 8 years.

(We need to be awarded 3 x Best In Specialty pug shows to gain this Title & 3 x Best in Show All breeds to gain Grand champion Status plus 50 CCS) Not an easy feat for a toy breed.

OUR PUGS ARE HEALTH TESTED FOR DM, PKD & PDE & BOAS

We generally only breed a litter when wanting another pug ourselves.
