POINTSCORE RESULTS GUIDE

(Obtaining Catalogue Numbers)

When calculating catalogue numbers, always have the following in mind ...

The following guide will give you examples on how to obtain catalogue numbers. Please ensure that you check how the catalogue for your show is formatted. Any results received where the catalogue (or entry) numbers are incorrect, may mean your result will be disqualified from that show.

It is up to you to check how the catalogue for your particular show is formatted!
(Never assume the catalogue is in a certain format)

Single Day Show Catalogue Example

Single Show Catalogue

In the example above, if you receive Best of Breed for the Japanese Chin, the number of entries is 6 entries (Catalogue numbers 129, 130, 131, 132, 133 and 134).

Multiple Days Show in One Catalogue Example

Multi Show Catalogue

When a catalogue is similar to the above and there is multiple days listed in the same catalogue, you must physically count the entries for the particular day of your win and submit the number of entries.

In the example above, if you receive Best of Breed for the Welsh Corgi (Pembroke) on the Friday, the total number of entries that you would submit would be 4 (Only catalogue numbers 318, 320, 322 and 324 were entered on that day).

If you received Best of Breed on the Saturday, you would submit 6 as the total number of entries.

If anything is unclear, please email us for clarification.
Submitting incorrect figures will cause your result to be disqualified.
